American Depository Receipt Fees: Fees associated with the creating or releasing of ADRs from ordinary shares, charged by the commercial banks with correspondent banks in the international sites.
American Depository Receipt Ratio: The number of ordinary shares into which an ADR can be converted.
American Depository Share (ADS): Foreign stock issued in the U.S. and registered in the ADR system.

Analyst: Employee of a brokerage or fund management house who studies companies and makes buy-and-sell recommendations on stocks of these companies. Most specialize in a specific industry.
