Linked Agreement: Two agreements, appearing to be separate, which are in fact linked. For example, in areas where laws prohibiting the taking of deposits on timeshare property exist, the buyer may be presented with both a Timeshare Purchase Agreement and another seemingly separate agreement. The first agreement will not call for a deposit but the second one will require a deposit to be made. This is often heard of within the context of vouchers (known as 'certs') or other vacation club-type propositions.
