Cai (Choi): Literally: 'pick, pluck, gather.' This is one of the Eight Gates energies. It should not be understood as muscular tugging or pulling. It is most effectively applied with a light, quick Yin or receiving energy, that creates a kind of vacuum into which duifang's attacking force is drawn.
